EVALUATE
Write an evaluation of your event (minimum ½ page).

Consider every task you completed, no matter how small (eg. phoning activity venue), and answer the following questions for each;
·         What did I do?
Me and nick ran an event for the class down at Par 3 Ballyiang golf course
·         What worked well?
From what people involved on the day said they thought the groups went well, the game itself was fun everyone enjoyed getting out in the sun and playing golf.  I thought that splitting up into 3 groups worked well people weren’t waiting to long for their turn and it run smoothly.
·         What were the difficulties?
I didn’t think their were many difficulties besides the fact that some may have cheated and we didn’t take them up on cheating and definitely some more lollies as trav ate everyone’s lollies and left none for anyone else ;)
·         What would I do differently next time?
·         I think throughout the day we could have provided more food for everyone, also have prizes for the people that one on the day. Make sure no one cheated and played fairly as their were a few complaints. Maybe put in a few different games such as longest hit, closest to the hole etc. For back at the venue buy some more food for everyone as some might have been still hungry.
Survey review
for a copy of this survey click on the following link: https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=ttVJor_O6YuyrFztbK5BPzQ&pli=1#gid=0
In the survey 8 people were surveyed, from information ganied things that worked well on the day were
- just getting outside and playing golf
-  that the day was a success and ran smoothly
-  having lollies and food provided
- and that nick and i ran the day well
Things that could be better nex time that werent so good this time
- have some minor games, have a tee off for longest hit
- faster food back at the venue
- if people didnt cheat
- bigger course
Also from information gathered, for everyone that rated our organisation was some pretty good feedback, from the feedback on the survey the food probably could be better, bit more party pies and sausage rolls for back at the venue for lunch.
But overall thoughts of the day i think everyone was pretty happy with the day and just enjoyed getting out in the sun and playing some golf.
